Planning and Evaluation - 2017Back

The planning and the evaluation of the activities were done on 01-08-2017 in the presence of Directress and the staff of FIDES. The planning was started by invoking the presence of the Almighty.

The meeting put forward many points for evaluation like verification of auditing books, issuing the new ID card for the adoption children, updating the accounts of SHG groups, problems in the groups, awareness prescribed to the group members for joining newly people to the existing groups, the presence of animators within the groups and son on.

A well-formed agenda was put forward for the planning. It involved the discussions like the loan of Murugeswori, Kaverinagar building, NCP, Board meeting, DBTech inauguration, Dental Clinic, SHGs signature, Ulsoor building, Apex Body meeting, Family visit and Youth meetings. Based on this central point, the discussion and planning was made.

Regarding the auditing it was mentioned that few groups were still not cleared their auditing, the cooperation of the parents and children for the NCP programme found to be less, adoption children should be involved in NCP groups, and decided to perform the parents meeting for the adoption parents, for the board meeting the people are less some time, the opinion of the staff not to directly take charge of dental clinic fully drawn a different view point that the organization will be looking forward to function the dental clinic in weekdays and to make the free dental checkup for few government School students.

The meeting also played a crucial role to make the planning of getting the signs from the SHG members to get a community hall which is in the place of Mr. Koshy, who is willing to give a part of the property as charity, but this property remains in the hands of government.

The planning also made a point to draft a letter to MLA or concerning authorities in order to get the permission for constructing the community hall at Ulsoor. The planning furthermore discussed the importance of family visit and the study of families in order to make an effective movement within the groups. The planning called each and every one to improve the quality of youth meeting and strengthen it.
